Summary

We're a multi-business company hiring across several sales and brokerage roles, and we need a reliable recruiting coordinator to own the top of our hiring funnel — posting, sourcing, screening against our criteria, and entering qualified candidates into our CRM. This is an ongoing role; we hire continuously. What you'll do: Post our job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant job boards Run proactive LinkedIn outreach to source candidates who fit our criteria Screen incoming applications and CVs against the specific scorecard we provide for each role (we tell you exactly what to look for — your job is to filter to that standard) Enter every qualified candidate into our CRM (GoHighLevel): contact name, phone, email, attach their CV, and tag the role Keep the candidate pipeline organized and moving so our hiring manager always has qualified people to interview What this role is NOT: You're not making hiring decisions or running final interviews — our team handles judgment and interviews. You own the funnel: get the right candidates in front of us, filtered and entered cleanly. You must have: Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates (recruiting coordinator, sourcer, or talent acquisition support) Hands-on experience posting on Indeed and LinkedIn, and running LinkedIn candidate outreach Strong English (written and spoken) Comfort working in a CRM and entering data accurately and consistently Self-directed — you run the funnel without being chased Nice to have: Experience hiring sales roles (closers, openers, B2B reps) Familiarity with GoHighLevel (we'll train if not) Experience screening against defined scorecards / hiring criteria Bilingual English/French (asset — some roles are Canadian market) How we work together: We give you the scorecard (must-have criteria) for each open role You post, source, and screen against it You enter qualified candidates into GoHighLevel with full contact info + CV + role tag Our hiring manager takes it from there (screening calls, interviews)
