Summary

I need a developer to develop a labour placement portal where job seekers post their resume and prospective employers select those to interview and hire. It can start with a category like education labour i.e teaching and non teaching staff. The MVP of the Education Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff Placement Portal shall be developed as a practical subscription-based resume bank and recruitment request platform. The system shall combine a WordPress public CMS, Angular secure portal (using my Infragistics tools subscription), Spring Boot/Node.js backend services, PostgreSQL database, an SMS channel integration, payment recording, basic verification, HelpDesk support, resume generation and analytics dashboards. I will provide Claude AI coding version subscription.
