Upgrade Site to WordPress

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to upgrade our website from Hostinger WebBuilder to WordPress. The project involves enhancing the site's brand and style, ensuring a seamless transition and improved user experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in WordPress and web design, with a focus on building brand identity and style. This is a part-time engagement expected to last .5-1 month. Open to other engagements in the future if it works well and quality is good. My initial thought was word press, but looking to consider other options so I don't have to constantly baby and update Wordpress. Other suggestions may be to connect my store to Shopify, so my supplier can put their code in to work. embed code into hostinger if it can look nice. Don't have a large budget, so need someone that can work efficiently, knowledge of marketing. It would be ideal to leave my content on webbuilder so I can modify small content on my own in the future. Feel free to message me suggestions and time it would realistically take, as I don't think it should really take 1 month to do this.
