Create a WordPress site for user submitted stories

Summary

I want to create a WordPress website where users can post their spicy stories and read the stories posted by others. The main functionalities that the site will need to have are: 1) Users can register and create/personalize their profiles 2) Users can submit their stories, and after approval, they are published 3) Simple and easy to navigate design I know that points 1 and 2 can be achieved using a combination of the plugins Ultimate Member & WP User Frontend. So the main thing that I need you to help me with is selecting a theme and customizing the design of the site. Here are a few examples of the designs that I would like to replicate (these websites contain written NSFW, so don't visit them if you don't want to be exposed to it) Literotica LushStories Please start your proposal with "XYZ" so I know you read everything, and if you have ever created a similar website, please include a link to it.
