We would like to develop is a mobile and web application (iOS, Android, Web) that acts as a smart household manager. Where users can see all their services, contracts, and expenses in one place. The app aims to simplify household management by providing a user-friendly interface and real-time updates. We are looking for a developer to enhance and maintain the application, ensuring it remains efficient and user-friendly across all platforms. Development steps: 1. Document upload platform (via email, photographing contracts and invoices, uploading from gallery) 1.1. AI Chat implementation 1.2. Implementation of an expense overview screen, separated by category 2. Implementation of contract management (telecommunications, insurance, energy…) 3. Implementation of gamification for contract signing and optimization — suggesting new services 4. Implementation of a subscription store — starting with a very small product selection
