Virtual Assistant for Online Coaching Business Support - Strong English Required

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and support online coaching/business education projects. This role is ideal for someone who has already worked as a VA inside an online coaching, consulting, course, agency, or service-based business and understands how important fast communication, strong English, accurate tracking, and client/customer follow-up are. You will be trained on our internal systems, scripts, conversation tracking, booked-call tracking, and follow-up processes. We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and confident enough to think on their feet when conversations do not follow a perfect script. Role Details: Rate: $8 USD per hour Hours: UK working hours, approximately 9am–5pm UK time Availability: 5-6 days per week Start: As soon as possible for the right person Work type: Ongoing VA support for our business/client-support operations Main Responsibilities You may be helping with tasks such as: Responding to leads and prospects using our scripts and frameworks Having simple conversations with potential customers/clients via social media, email, CRM, or messaging platforms Tracking conversations, booked calls, no-shows, follow-ups, and lead status inside our tracking system Updating simple spreadsheets or CRM records accurately Following up with people in a timely, professional way Learning our systems and applying them consistently Spotting when a conversation requires common sense rather than just copy/pasting a script Communicating clearly with our internal team The most important part of this role is being able to communicate in excellent English, follow a process, and keep accurate records. Required Experience: Please only apply if you have previous experience as a VA. Experience inside an online coaching, consulting, course, agency, or service-based business is strongly preferred.
