Finance Associate / Accounts Receivables Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based social media agency with 140+ team members & 80+ clients seeking a full-time Finance Associate to join our Finance team. This is not a basic bookkeeping role. The primary focus is high-level Accounts Receivable (AR), working directly with clients, brands, and companies to ensure invoices are understood, managed, and collected professionally. Key Responsibilities: * Own the AR process from invoice creation through collection * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding billing and payment inquiries * Collect payments through QuickBooks, Stripe, Bill.com, wire transfers, and other payment methods * Communicate confidently and professionally with high-value clients * Assist with financial reporting and analysis * Build and maintain reports using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs * Support payroll administration across a 140+ person global team with varying compensation structures * Coordinate with internal teams regarding operational, billing, and payment matters Requirements: * Excellent written and verbal English * Highly professional and client-facing communication skills * Strong AR and collections experience * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs required) * Strong understanding of finance, accounting, reporting, and financial terminology * Detail-oriented with excellent math and analytical abilities * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment To apply please share: 1. The ideal candidate knows how to read a situation, communicate effectively, solve problems, build trust/relationships with clients, and ultimately drive payments to resolution. You must be comfortable having difficult conversations while maintaining strong client relationships. Collecting money in this role is not a transactional administrative task - it is a relationship-driven function that requires judgment, communication skills, and follow-through.
