Remote Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative needed for Incoming Calls/ Service Inquiries

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Remote Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to handle inbound calls for Glass Doctor. The primary responsibility is converting incoming leads into scheduled appointments/booked jobs for auto glass, residential glass and commercial glass services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable speaking with customers on the phone, can follow a sales process, and is able to build rapport while identifying customer needs. Experience in appointment setting, customer service, call centers, or sales is preferred. This is a part-time remote position with growth opportunities for the right candidate.
