IT Support - Move 30+ person organization from Google to Microsoft 365 + support in tech misc

The biggest thing I need at this point is a clear sense of the total cost to move my clients organization over to Microsoft 365 / Teams, including the planning, setup, migration, staff training, and any ongoing support we would need afterward. I’m also hoping we can take a proper look at their current setup before we make decisions. I suspect they may have some duplicated or unnecessary costs across different platforms. For example, I think we may have separate Adobe accounts, and possibly some overlap with Office / Microsoft accounts as well. It would be really helpful to know what we are currently paying for, what we actually need, and where we could consolidate or save money. For budgeting purposes, could you please give us a written estimate or cost range that includes: Reviewing our current accounts, subscriptions, users, and systems Identifying duplicated or redundant costs Microsoft 365 licensing for approximately 15 users Migrating email, calendars, and files Setting up Teams, SharePoint, permissions, and shared access Staff training and support through the transition Security setup, backups, password management, and offboarding processes Any recommended ongoing monthly or annual IT support It would be especially helpful if this could be shown as a few options, such as the minimum we need, what you would recommend, and what could be added later.
