Senior Full Stack Engineer to Optimize and Launch Existing Marketplace Platform PRELISTED is a real estate technology marketplace that helps homeowners compare proposals from licensed real estate agents before deciding who to list their property with. The platform is already built and functioning. We are NOT looking for a complete rebuild. We are looking for a senior engineer who can evaluate the existing platform, identify weaknesses, improve the user experience, strengthen security and reliability, and prepare the product for launch. Current Platform The platform currently includes: • Homeowner submission flow • Agent onboarding and approval flow • Agent login and dashboard • Agent opportunity management • Agent proposal submission • Homeowner comparison reports • Admin portal • Email notifications • Legal/privacy pages Current stack includes: • Lovable • React • TypeScript • Supabase / PostgreSQL • Authentication and role-based access What We Need We are looking for a developer who can take ownership of the technical side of the platform and help prepare it for launch.
