Invoice OCR & Reconciliation Automation | n8n, Make, Excel & PDF Workflows

We are seeking an experienced AI and automation specialist to design and implement an end-to-end invoice processing workflow. Current Process Requirements Our organization receives approximately 300 invoices per month from a predefined list of customers. We need an automated system that can: 1. Monitor a designated email inbox and identify incoming invoices from approved customers. 2. Extract invoice data using AI/OCR and validate the information against a recurring monthly pricing sheet stored in a shared folder. 3. Compare invoice pricing to the approved pricing schedule and flag any discrepancies for review. 4. Update pricing information based on the latest approved pricing data maintained in the shared folder. 5. Generate corrected and validated invoices when necessary. 6. Save processed invoices to a designated local folder using a standardized naming convention. 7. Compile all finalized invoices into PDF format for recordkeeping and distribution. 8. Generate an Excel summary report showing: * Customer name * Invoice number * Original invoice pricing * Updated/validated pricing * Pricing variances * Processing date and status Deliverables The final solution should provide a fully automated workflow that minimizes manual intervention, ensures pricing accuracy, maintains auditability, and produces both PDF invoice outputs and Excel-based reporting.
