Technical Recruiter for Senior AI / Backend Engineer Search

We are hiring a **Senior AI Systems Engineer** for an agentic AI platform and need a technical recruiter to own sourcing and first-round technical screening. This is a senior, engineering-heavy role focused on production backend systems, Python/async, LLM agents, RAG, PostgreSQL/Supabase, service architecture, scaling, reliability, and debugging. We need someone who can: * Source outbound candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter * Review inbound applicants * Conduct the first technical interview themselves * Assess whether candidates have real production engineering experience, not just AI demo experience * Shortlist only strong candidates for our internal team * Provide clear notes on technical strengths, gaps, and hiring recommendation Experience recruiting and technically screening senior backend, AI engineering, ML infrastructure, platform, or enterprise SaaS roles is required.
