Senior Full-Stack Saas Developer Needed to Complete Existing CRM (Firebase + Gmail + Calendar + Twilio) About the Project We are building BrandPilot, a CRM designed specficlly for Amazon wholesale sellers. The platform helps sellers manage their entire wholesale account acquisition process, including: -Brand Prospecting -Outreach tracking -Follow ups -Applications -Pricing Sheetes -Account Approvals -KPI Tracking -Pipeline management The product is already built and functionlal. We are not starting from scratch. Current features include: -Dashboard -Vendor database -Pipeline board -KPI tracking -Activity log -Follow-up tracking -Manufacturer / Distributor management We are looking for an experienced SaaS developer to help us review the existing codebase, complete the remaining integrations, and prepare the platform for launch. Current Stack: -Firebase -Netlify -Existing front-end and back-end already built -Claude-assisted development -Immediate Priorities Phase 1 – Code Audit & Project Setup -Review existing codebase -Evaluate architecture and code quality -Identify bugs and technical debt -Set up GitHub repository and version control -Provide recommendations and timeline Phase 2 – Core Integrations -Gmail Integration -Send emails from within CRM -Associate emails with vendor records -Store communication history -Support email templates -Google Calendar Integration -Follow-up reminders -Event creation -Calendar syncing -Twilio Integration (Preferred) -Click-to-call functionality -Call logging -Associate calls with vendor records -Recommend best implementation approach Phase 3 – Launch Preparation -QA testing -Bug fixes -Production readiness review -Deployment recommendations Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for someone who has experience building and launching real SaaS products. Strong experience with: Firebase, JavaScript, API Integrations, CRM Platforms, Gmail API, Google Calendar API, Twilio, SaaS Architecture Bonus: -Experience building sales CRM systems -Startup or founder experience When Applying, please include: -Similar SaaS or CRM projects you’ve built -Experience with Firebase -Experience with Gmail API -Experience with Google Calendar API -Experience with Twilio -Whether you prefer milestone-based or fixed-price work -Your estimate after reviewing the codebase We are looking for someone who can potentially become a long-term technical partner as the platform grows.
