Summary

We're seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale our affiliate partner program through Impact.com. This role will be responsible for recruiting new affiliate partners, managing inbound applications, conducting outbound publisher outreach, negotiating partnership opportunities, activating new affiliates, and optimizing performance across the program. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Impact.com, affiliate recruitment, partnership development, and performance marketing. This is a contractor position averaging approximately 15-20 hours per week at $50/hour. Responsibilities Affiliate Recruitment & Partner Development • Review and evaluate inbound affiliate applications within Impact.com. • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners through proactive outbound outreach. • Research publishers, influencers, content creators, review sites, loyalty partners, and strategic affiliates. • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective affiliate partners. • Develop customized outreach messaging and partnership proposals. • Negotiate commission structures, placements, and promotional opportunities. Affiliate Program Management • Manage day-to-day operations within Impact.com. • Approve, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners. • Ensure affiliates have access to current creative assets, offers, and tracking links. • Monitor compliance with affiliate program guidelines. • Maintain accurate partner records and communication history. Performance Optimization • Monitor affiliate performance and identify growth opportunities. • Analyze clicks, conversions, revenue, ROAS, and commission efficiency. • Recommend promotional strategies to increase affiliate-driven sales. • Identify top-performing partners and develop expansion plans. • Reactivate inactive or underperforming affiliates. Reporting & Communication • Provide weekly performance updates and insights. • Deliver monthly reporting on affiliate recruitment, revenue, and growth opportunities. • Present recommendations for program expansion and optimization. • Collaborate with internal marketing teams on promotions, creative assets, and campaign planning. Qualifications Required • 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience. • Direct experience managing programs through Impact.com. • Proven track record recruiting and growing affiliate partnerships. • Strong outreach, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. • Experience analyzing affiliate performance metrics and reporting. • Excellent written communication skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. Preferred • Experience with e-commerce, consumer products, or subscription businesses. • Experience working with influencers, content publishers, and loyalty/rewards partners. • Familiarity with attribution, tracking, and conversion reporting. • Experience with affiliate platforms such as ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten, PartnerStack, or Awin. Success Metrics During the first 90 days, success will be measured by: • Number of qualified affiliate applications reviewed and activated. • Number of outbound partnership opportunities generated. • New affiliate partnerships launched. • Growth in active affiliate partners. • Affiliate-driven revenue and conversions. • Overall affiliate program growth and engagement. Compensation • Contractor Position • $50/hour • Approximately 15–20 hours per week, capped at 60 hours/month • Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
