Summary

Opportunity Our team is seeking a hybrid performance creative and media buying specialist to build a repeatable creative system and drive media buying across paid channels. The role is focused on performance marketing, not brand advertising or mood boards. You'll start by iterating on existing ads for our masterclass (https://theconsumerbehaviorlab.com/masterclass.php) and then expand our marketing in the U.S. market. Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Production -Audit past ads to identify the hooks, angles and creative formats that drove conversions. -Develop creative concepts with strong hooks and on‑brand voice; write/ rewrite scripts and UGC‑style storyboards. -Build a repeatable creative system for performance ads across paid social (Meta first) and other channels. -Create a testing and iteration engine: draft hypotheses, launch tests, analyse results and kill underperforming creative quickly. -Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Joy and cross‑functional teams) to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging. Media Buying & Optimisation -Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube and TikTok. -Set up campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies and budgets aligned with performance goals. -Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates; implement data‑driven adjustments to maximise ROI. -Coordinate creative and media tests: align creative iterations with budget pacing, campaign goals and platform algorithms. -Report on performance insights and recommend next steps to scale spend profitably. Success Metrics -Achieve and improve 7‑day click ROAS and CPA targets for the masterclass. -Produce a robust pipeline of high‑performing ads through rapid testing and iteration. -Establish a creative/media system that scales spend profitably while maintaining brand integrity. Qualifications -5+ years of experience in performance marketing, including both creative strategy and hands‑on media buying. -Demonstrated track record of scaling digital advertising budgets profitably across Meta, Google and other platforms. -Deep understanding of hooks, conversion psychology and consumer behavior; strong copywriting and storyboarding skills. -Proficiency with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.), analytics tools and A/B testing. -Data‑driven mindset, ability to interpret results and turn insights into actionable strategies. -Comfortable working autonomously in a small team; can collaborate effectively with partners and executives.
