**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to undertake the task of redesigning a WordPress website for one of our esteemed clients. This project requires a meticulous approach to ensure that the final output aligns perfectly with the specific design requirements outlined by the client. The client has provided detailed HTML pages (19-20 pages) that serve as a comprehensive guide for how each page should look, emphasizing the importance of layout consistency throughout the entire site. Pages CANNOT DIFFER from the clients mockups. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in WordPress development, coupled with a deep understanding of HTML and CSS. You will be responsible for translating the provided HTML designs into a fully functional WordPress website, paying close attention to every aspect of the design, from typography to spacing and alignment. It is essential that the redesign not only captures the aesthetic qualities of the HTML pages but also adheres to best practices in web development to ensure optimal performance and user experience. In addition to the technical skills required, the successful applicant must be mindful of preserving the client’s existing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies. A solid understanding of SEO principles will be critical to ensure that the redesign does not negatively impact the client's search engine rankings. The timeline for this project is set at a maximum of 30 days from the start date. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate strong project management skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
