AI Senior Software Engineer – Expertise building applications using AI

- No agencies please - This is a full-time position - Need to overlap during EST USA business hours 9am to 12PM. - 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. We are looking for 2 Senior Software Engineers to design and build Applications using entirely AI. You need to have hands-on experience using any of these tools. • Claude • Cursor • Chatgpt • Any other mainstream AI development setup You will be responsible for building: • Enterprise applications • AI agents • RAG pipelines • Intelligent workflows that power real user-facing products. 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 • 5+ years experience in software engineering (backend or full-stack) • Strong experience building production APIs and distributed systems • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, or similar) 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟: AI agents / autonomous workflows RAG systems (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines) LLM-powered SaaS or internal tools Strong Python, Node.js or C# skills Understanding of system design, scaling, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 : Must requirement: You will need to show and talk about an existing application that you have built using AI. if you only have created apps that you can't show please don't apply as you won't be able to meet this requirement. You will be asked to create an application using AI during the second part of the interview process. You will be expected to ask probing questions about the functionality and create, run and demonstrate that the application works.
