Senior Social Media Manager — Telegram, Discord, Blockchain & Gaming Communities

We're looking for a sharp, community-first Social Media Manager who lives and breathes Web3 and gaming culture. This is a full-time, ongoing engagement with a team building at the intersection of blockchain technology and community-driven products. You won't be scheduling generic posts. You'll be shaping narratives, growing communities, and driving real engagement across platforms that matter in this space. What You'll Own: Telegram — channel and group management, broadcast strategy, bot setup, moderation oversight, community health Discord — server architecture, role systems, event coordination, mod team coordination, engagement campaigns Twitter/X — content calendar, thread strategy, trend-jacking, growth tactics Blockchain / Web3 content — translating technical concepts into accessible, engaging posts; staying current on DeFi, NFT, tokenomics narratives Gaming community — understanding game culture, memes, player psychology; building hype cycles around launches and updates Analytics — weekly reporting on growth, engagement, and community sentiment You're the right fit if you: Have 3+ years in social media, with at least 2 years in crypto, Web3, or gaming communities Have personally built or managed a Telegram group or Discord server of 5,000+ members Can write fluently in the voice of the community — not corporate, not generic Understand blockchain basics (tokens, wallets, chains, consensus) and can talk about them naturally Know the difference between a Chad and a degen, and when to use either Are proactive — you bring ideas, not just execution Can work async and communicate clearly in English Nice to Have: Experience with community moderation tools (Combot, MEE6, Carl-bot, etc.) Background in GameFi, Play-to-Earn, or NFT gaming projects Graphic design basics (Canva, Figma) for quick social assets Multilingual (Russian, Chinese, or Spanish a plus) Engagement Details: Full-time (40 hrs/week) Ongoing contract Hourly rate: open — we will match based on your experience and portfolio Timezone: flexible, but overlap with UTC+0 to UTC+8 preferred To Apply — please include: A brief intro: who you are and what communities you've built or managed Links to Telegram channels or Discord servers you've grown (with metrics if possible) One example of a content piece or campaign you're proud of.
