Appointment Setting Specialist (LinkedIn & Email Follow-Up) Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract / Part-Time to Full-Time (20–40+ hours per week) Project Type: Ongoing Experience Level: Intermediate to Expert About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Appointment Setting Specialist to manage follow-up conversations with prospects who respond to our outbound LinkedIn and email campaigns. Our Business Development Representatives handle lead research and initial outreach. Your role begins when a prospect replies. You will engage with interested prospects, answer questions, address objections, and guide qualified leads toward booking a discovery call with our team. This is a critical sales support role focused on converting warm conversations into qualified meetings. Key Responsibilities Prospect Follow-Up Monitor inbound responses from LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns. Draft personalized replies based on proven messaging frameworks. Build rapport and maintain professional conversations. Ask qualifying questions when needed. Address objections and common questions. Appointment Setting Encourage qualified prospects to schedule a discovery call. Share calendar links and follow up with prospects who have not booked. Keep conversations moving until they result in a booked meeting or clear disqualification. CRM & Pipeline Management Update lead statuses and notes in Monday.com. Track next steps and conversation outcomes. Ensure all records are accurate and organized. Process Improvement Identify common objections and messaging opportunities. Provide feedback to improve scripts and conversion rates. Help document successful messaging approaches. Required Skills & Experience Excellent written English and grammar. Experience with appointment setting, lead qualification, or sales support. Strong ability to communicate professionally and persuasively through written messages. Experience with LinkedIn messaging and email. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Monday.com. Experience supporting a marketing agency or service-based business. Experience handling objections and qualifying leads. Key Traits Organized and process-oriented. Responsive and reliable. Strong written communicator. Results-driven. Comfortable following SOPs and templates while personalizing responses. Success in This Role Looks Like Fast response times to interested prospects.
