Experienced Sales and Admin Virtual Assistant for UK Pest Control Company (PART TIME)

EcoCare Pest Management is a growing UK pest control company seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to support our sales, admin, customer service, and daily operations. We need someone reliable, organised, and proactive — not someone who waits to be told what to do. If you can spot problems, take ownership, and help a service business scale, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities - Handle inbound enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and CRM - Follow up on leads and quotes to convert sales - Book appointments and coordinate technician schedules - Maintain accurate customer records and job details - Send quotes, invoices, and professional follow-up communications - Manage admin across Jobber, Gmail, and Google Sheets - Chase overdue payments and outstanding responses - Support directors with daily operational tasks - Identify improvements to admin, sales, and customer processes Requirements - Proven VA, sales, admin, or customer service background - Excellent written and spoken English; confident on the phone - Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace - Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise - Experience with UK, US, Australian, or European clients - Background in home services, trades, pest control, facilities, or similar — a strong advantage You Are - Reliable, fast-learning, calm under pressure, and comfortable chasing customers without being asked. - You take ownership and don't need constant supervision. Hours Saturday 10AM–6PM is a fixed requirement. Additional hours will be offered on top of this, and we're flexible on scheduling around the right person.
