About the Role As a Junior RevOps Specialist, you'll support a portfolio of mid-market clients as part of a collaborative team. You'll get hands-on with HubSpot, help optimize client processes, and build the operational and client-facing skills that define a great RevOps career. This role is designed for someone early in their journey; curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn fast. Role Details Location: Fully Remote Experience: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time What You'll Do - Support senior RevOps team members in managing a portfolio of SMB and mid-market client accounts - Assist with HubSpot administration; CRM configuration, workflow automation, data cleanup, and basic integrations - Help audit client revenue processes across the funnel and document findings clearly - Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give clients visibility into their pipeline and revenue performance - Handle day-to-day client requests and administrative tasks with close attention to detail - Collaborate with team members across different client engagements to share knowledge and improve processes What You Bring - 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, marketing operations, or a closely related field - Hands-on exposure to HubSpot or another CRM; you don't need to be an expert, but you need to have basic experience and be willing to continue to develop these skills - Clear written and verbal communication skills; you can translate messy information into organized, readable summaries - A process-first mindset; you naturally want to understand why things work the way they do before changing them - Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to ask good questions when you're unsure - Basic familiarity with B2B go-to-market concepts; you know what a sales funnel is and why Marketing, Sales, and fulfillment need to be aligned - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high degree of ownership Nice to Have - HubSpot certifications (any) - Degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Exposure to Teamwork for project/internal reporting or similar platform - Exposure to tools like Outreach, Salesloft, or ZoomInfo - Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and an interest in applying them to ops workflows Why DeltaRev A clear path from junior to senior; you'll own more client relationships as you develop your skills Work across industries and company stages; no two weeks look the same Fully remote with a flexible, async-friendly culture A team that genuinely geeks out on operations and loves solving hard GTM problems
