WordPress / Elementor designer for ongoing agency work (Latin America only)

We're a full-stack SEO and digital marketing agency based in Phoenix. We build websites for cannabis dispensaries, ecommerce brands, SaaS companies, and B2B clients. We need a reliable Elementor designer who can handle both ends of the work: converting Figma files into clean, functional pages and building new pages from scratch using existing design systems. This is ongoing work, not a one-off project. If you're good and reliable, there's always more. What you'll actually be doing -Converting Figma designs to pixel-accurate, responsive, and fully functional Elementor pages, buttons, links, forms, hover states, and interactions all wired up, not just the visual layer -Building new pages using existing design systems, global styles, and component libraries -Working across different site types: ecommerce, SaaS, B2B, and dispensary/retail -Light CRO work on existing pages (layout adjustments, section rebuilds, A/B variant builds) -Occasionally troubleshooting Elementor conflicts and layout issues Requirements Strong Elementor Pro skills, not just dragging widgets around. You need to understand how global fonts, colors, and design systems work so you're not reinventing things per page. Clean Figma-to-Elementor workflow. You can read a design file and build it accurately without needing someone to hold your hand. Responsive builds that actually work. Mobile and tablet aren't afterthoughts. You can communicate in English well enough to ask good questions and flag blockers early. Based in Latin America. We need timezone overlap with MST (UTC-7). This is a hard requirement. Nice to have Experience building pages for dispensaries or any regulated industry Familiarity with WooCommerce or other ecommerce setups in WordPress Basic CSS and php knowledge for custom overrides Knowledge of other wp page builders Knowledge of other CMS What we're not looking for -Designers who need constant direction to execute a Figma file -Agencies or teams (individual freelancers only) To apply, share 2-3 examples of Figma-to-Elementor work you've done.
