Automate Airbnb/Booking Reservations

I am looking for an experienced automation and integration expert to put my short-term rental business ("Renta con Mariela") on autopilot. We currently manage 60 properties and coordinate a dynamic team of 8-10 cleaning staff members. Our goal is to centralize everything into Google Calendar and Google Sheets, using them as the main dashboards, and automate communication via WhatsApp. Key Requirements: Platform Synchronization: Sync iCal feeds from Airbnb/Booking so that reservations automatically populate Google Calendar. Events must be color-coded automatically based on property size (Studios, Apartments, Large 4-bedroom houses). Direct Bookings via WhatsApp: Create an intake form (Google Forms, Tally, or Typeform) for manual/direct bookings closed via WhatsApp. Submitting this form must automatically create the event in Google Calendar, block the dates, and trigger the cleaning flow. Automated Cleaning Dispatched via WhatsApp: The system must check Google Calendar every morning. If there is a check-out, it must automatically send a structured message (Cleaning Checklist) to our WhatsApp group or staff members based on the property size (we will provide the templates). Financial Reporting in Google Sheets: Every reservation (from platforms or the direct form) must generate a new row in Google Sheets. The system needs to automatically calculate our property management commission (%) and track/add the cleaning costs for monthly owner reports. Reporte Financiero en Google Sheets: Cada reserva debe generar una fila en Google Sheets. El sistema debe calcular en automático nuestra comisión de coanfitriona (%) y sumar los costos de limpieza para los reportes mensuales de los dueños.
