Virtual Sales Assistant Colombia (Spanish speaker)

We are looking for an outbound sales assistant to assist a realtor in the USA with outreach, client onboarding and email follow-up. This position will primarily focus on customer outbound and origination of potential leads in Colombia. The duties will be: - Outbound sales email communication. - Inbound email processing and replies. - Customer support. - Appointment setting. - Whatsapp group chat support (low volume) - Weekly pipeline review. - Campaign structuring and reporting Only people with relevant outbound experience will be considered. Real Estate experience preferred. Skills required: - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) - Canva - Calendly - Mailchimp Include both a written experience and an audio voice file (90-second minimum) where you summarize your experience and your fit for the project.
