Part-Time Sales-Focused VA (email handling)

We're looking for a reliable, organised part-time VA to help manage follow-up communications for our B2B agency. Your main responsibility will be to communicate and follow-up with leads to make sure nobody goes cold! This is not a customer service role. You'll be working inside an active sales pipeline - following up with prospects who have shown interest, managing LinkedIn conversations, and flagging hot leads for the founder to close. Please read the job description in full, as it includes the necessary prep and steps for applying and considering your application. 📌Hours 10-20 hours per week, fixed hours, Monday to Friday. Specific hours to be agreed based on your timezone. Opportunity to do more hours or grow full-time. 📌What you'll be doing → Sending follow-up emails to prospects using pre-written sequences, but, also handling conversations at your own discretion → Help working the pipeline. This role however doesn't require cold calling or meeting with leads. → Managing LinkedIn conversations: responding to messages, nurturing warm connections → Updating and managing the pipeline tracker → Flagging hot leads to the founder daily → Keeping the inbox organised and responses timely 📌What we're looking for → Excellent written English — you'll be communicating with B2B founders and executives → Reliable and consistent — this role requires showing up every day at fixed hours → Organised — you'll be managing multiple conversations simultaneously → Coachable — full scripts, sequences, and objection handling provided, you just need to follow the process 📌Previous experience in sales support, outreach, or CRM management is a big plus but not essential 📌What we provide → Full scripts and email sequences → Advanced training → Opportunity to expand hours, take on more responsibility, move up professionally 👋TO APPLY You must record and send a new brief Loom recording introducing yourself and explaining why this role suits you.
