CapCut Video Editor Needed (Desktop + Mobile) — Caption Separation / Dialogue Formatting

I’m looking for a reliable video editor who is highly confident using CapCut on both desktop and mobile. I currently have around 120 short-form videos that need editing. Most videos are between 1–2 minutes long. The editing itself is very simple, but attention to detail is important. --------- ■ WHAT I NEED: Each video usually contains: • myself speaking • one other person speaking CapCut auto-captions currently combine both speakers into the same caption line and same colour, which makes it difficult to tell who is talking. I need someone to separate the captions when each person is talking, along with making the captions a different colour for each of the two speakers. ■ 1. Join video clips together Some projects will require: • joining clips together • basic timeline organisation No advanced editing required. --------- ■ 2. Separate captions for each speaker I need my captions and the other person’s captions separated properly. That means: • my captions on separate lines • their captions on separate lines • different colours for each speaker Formatting: • My captions = Yellow text with black background • Their captions = White text with black background The goal is that it should always be visually obvious who is speaking. --------- ■ 3. Separate the dialogue properly Example: Instead of: “What are you cooking spaghetti bolognese” I need: • my line in yellow - "What are you cooking" • their line in white - "spaghetti bolognese" Clearly separated depending on who is speaking. --------- ■ 4. Add placeholder captions when CapCut misses speech Sometimes the other person is clearly talking, but CapCut does not generate captions for them. In those situations, I do NOT need accurate transcription. I simply need you to: • add caption boxes filled with “XXXX” • roughly match the timing and amount of dialogue being spoken • split the caption boxes naturally the same way normal captions would appear Example: • if they speak for 1 second = maybe 1 caption box • if they speak for 7–8 seconds = maybe 4–5 caption boxes Do NOT put one giant caption box with a huge amount of Xs. I need the placeholder captions broken up naturally into multiple caption lines so I can later go in and replace the Xs with the real dialogue myself. --------- ■ 5. Mute the other person’s name whenever it is mentioned The person I’m speaking to will usually tell me their name early in the interaction. If their name is mentioned at any point during the conversation: • mute the audio whenever their name is spoken • add a caption saying “MUTED” • remove the sound every time their name is mentioned You will need to listen out for repeated mentions of their name throughout the conversation. Do NOT worry about muting my own name. --------- ■ 6. Return the final files as editable CapCut projects Do NOT send me final MP4 exports only. I need the final versions returned as editable CapCut project files so I can: • open them directly in CapCut Desktop • review your edits • easily go in and adjust captions myself afterwards The projects need to remain fully editable. --------- ■ YOU MUST: • be comfortable using CapCut efficiently • understand caption workflows • understand speaker separation • have good attention to timing and dialogue flow This is repetitive workflow-based work, so speed and consistency matter. --------- ■ TO APPLY Please include in your proposal: 1. Examples of CapCut work where you’ve separated various speakers’ captions (if any) 2. Your estimated editing speed per 2 minute video (based on what i've asked) 3. When you are available to start. Long-term work available for the right person. I will be making hundreds of these sorts of small videos moving forward so if you are efficient, this i will be an ongoing job for you.
