This is not a theme-customisation, Elementor or basic directory project. We need a structured custom plugin with dedicated database tables, role-based access controls, responsive front-end pages and PDF generation. A detailed functional specification has already been prepared and will be shared with shortlisted applicants through Upwork. The core business workflows, user roles, candidate statuses, filters and PDF requirements have been documented clearly to reduce discovery time and allow accurate quotation.
