Advisor - AI workforce infrastructure

We have access to large supply of technical candidates, including students, graduates, researchers, engineers, tutors, and other specialists. Our goal is to build the infrastructure that connects talent supply with AI-lab demand. This includes identifying and qualifying talent, maintaining quality standards, matching people to projects, and deploying talent efficiently at scale. We’re looking for someone who can help us understand what types of talent AI companies need most, where demand is heading, how workforce vendors win and lose contracts, and how best to build the infrastructure required to serve this market. Relevant experience may include AI workforce platforms, AI data operations, model evaluation, workforce deployment, talent marketplaces, research operations, vendor management, or AI-lab partnerships. Experience at organisations such as Scale AI, Mercor, Invisible Technologies, Surge AI, Outlier, Handshake, Appen, Toloka, Turing, Braintrust, or similar is particularly relevant We’re particularly interested in learning where the market is heading, overlooked opportunities, and how best to build the infrastructure, partnerships, and ecosystem needed to support the next generation of AI work.
