We are preparing to launch a highly localized Google Ads Performance Max and Search campaign framework across three core divisions: Vitamins, Skincare, and Family Health. While our backend database layer is fully optimized (executing a clean ~121 queries on page load), our frontend is constrained by render-blocking delivery paths, parsing approximately 354 JavaScript files and 190 CSS stylesheets. This results in an unacceptable mobile Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) lag. We require an elite full-stack WordPress developer to execute a safe core translation engine upgrade and manually optimize our frontend asset delivery paths to achieve a mobile LCP of under 2 seconds on priority pages. 2. Infrastructure & System Specifications Your work must integrate natively with our active enterprise architecture. Do not apply if you do not have direct experience with the following stack: Hosting Environment: Cloudways Autonomous (Auto-scaling architecture running Apache 2.4.57 on Linux x86_64). Database Engine: MariaDB 10.11.5. PHP Profile: v8.1.31 (Memory Limit: 2045M | Max Execution Time: 300 | Max Input Vars: 15000). WordPress Core: v7.0 | WooCommerce Core: v10.8.1. Active Theme Framework: Woodmart v8.5.0 (Child Theme active). Caching & Network Edge Layer: Native Cloudways Server-Edge Caching, Object Cache Pro (Business-class Redis backend), and integrated Cloudflare Enterprise Edge (handling global media WebP delivery). Core Plugin Stack Profile: 46 active enterprise plugins, including WPML Multilingual CMS ecosystem, MULTILOCA Multi-Locations Inventory Management, FunnelKit Automations Pro, Nextend Social Login Pro, FiboSearch Pro, and Smart Slider 3 Pro. 3. Unyielding Technical Mandates To maintain system stability and prevent data misrepresentation suspensions on Google Merchant Center, you must strictly adhere to the following four operating rules: Site Performance Metrics: The mobile LCP target must be brought under 2 seconds entirely through manual, native layout optimizations, asset execution ordering, and asynchronous script loading code modifications. No Plugin Stacking / Caching Overlaps: You are strictly forbidden from installing third-party minification, combination, or caching plugins (e.g., Autoptimize, LiteSpeed Cache, WP Rocket). Our infrastructure relies solely on Cloudways Autonomous server-edge caching, Object Cache Pro, and Cloudflare Enterprise. All optimization code must work natively alongside these engines. Mandatory Staging Workflow: You must execute all core updates and script trials—specifically updating the WPML Multilingual CMS core to version 4.9.5—inside an isolated Cloudways staging container node. No live production development is permitted. 4. Child Theme & Hook Protection: Any custom template modifications, script enqueue overrides, or styling adjustments must be cleanly isolated within our active Woodmart Child Theme or custom code wrappers. Never hardcode settings directly into core parent theme files or core plugin directories. 4. Phased Scope of Work Phase 1: Safe Staging Upgrade & Translation Integrity Audit (First 24 Hours) Clone the production site to an isolated Cloudways staging container. Safely update WPML Multilingual CMS from v4.9.4 to v4.9.5 and WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce to v5.5.6. Verify that the upgrade resolves lingering cURL 28 background API server timeout loops. Execute rigorous regression testing across our multilingual checkout endpoints, KNET Payment Gateway, and custom Ajax location popup cookies to ensure zero data loss or translation mapping breaks. Phase 2: Priority Marketing Path Optimization (72-Hour Target Deadline) Our marketing team is launching ads this week, driving traffic to a specific subset of pages. You must prioritize manual frontend tuning to hit the sub-2s mobile LCP baseline on these key entry points: Homepage: Optimize the asynchronous script execution and lazy-loading boundaries of the automated Smart Slider 3 Pro rotating hero banner without altering its layout or conversion design. Primary Landing Pages: Optimize main Category Archives (Vitamins, Skincare, Family) and our 48 priority product landing pages. Methodology: Manually map out, defer, or delay non-critical scripts and style sheets among the 354 assets enqueued on load so they do not block the core rendering thread. Set a 200px offset for the theme's native image lazy-loading variables. Phase 3: Global Catalog Optimization & Production Deployment Apply global structural optimizations across the remaining deep catalog pages (~3,300 long-tail products) using native, lightweight theme handlers. Provide a comprehensive performance verification audit utilizing SpeedVitals or GTmetrix mobile testing profiles routed through Frankfurt/London nodes. Upon explicit written approval, safely push the optimized staging container live to production during our designated low-traffic maintenance window. 5. Marketing Strategy Synchronization Note Our marketing team has configured a Performance Max framework with direct WooCommerce catalog XML feed integration via Google Merchant Center Next. High-risk item variants have been set to "Hidden" within the database. Your optimization workflows must not alter product URLs, permalink hierarchies, schema arrays, or structural metadata tags. Any configuration changes that cause page metadata mismatches with the outbound XML feed will result in an automated Google Merchant Center ban.
