Appointment Setter (Native Spanish Speaker)

Hi! We are an online English Academy for Spanish speakers. We're hiring a native Spanish speaker appointment setter. You'll be calling warm leads: people who already expressed interest and booking them onto a sales call. What you'll do: -Call warm leads (5–15 per shift) who filled out a form or requested info -Qualify them and book them onto a consultation call -Log activity and outcomes in our CRM after each shift Who you are: -Outgoing, charismatic, and genuinely enjoy talking to people -You pick up the phone fast speed to call is critical. When a lead comes in, you call the lead immediately -Native or fluent Spanish speaker -Clear, confident phone presence -Previous appointment setting or sales experience preferred -Reliable internet + quiet space to make calls -Available to start within the next 7 days Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Colombia time (UTC-5) Must be available for the full shift.
