AI Design Lead for Dark Premium B2B Marketing Sites

Summary

I'm building one marketing site for a B2B client. Dark, premium. Linear or Vercel level, but for an enterprise brand in the creator economy. This is one project scoped cleanly. If the work is great, there are more. I'm not going to pretend it's a full-time role yet because it isn't. The project: 5-7 page site. Homepage plus ICP subpages. You build about 8 reusable components (hero, proof bar, problem cards, ICP router, case study card, how-it-works, CTA band, footer). The subpages assemble from those. You're designing a system, not 7 separate pages. How the pipeline works: You drive Claude Code with a pre-installed skill stack I provide. I also provide a Claude Design subscription you use on this project, brand tokens, reference screenshots, copy, and motion specs before you start. You generate the visual build, judge it against the bar, refine until it's right. The developer takes your React components and ships them to prod. You're not pushing pixels. You're the person with taste. What the brand looks like, how it moves, how it feels across every section, that's your call. This is for you if: You have taste and can explain it. Not "clean layout." The actual reason one dark site feels expensive and another doesn't. You've shipped real work with AI design tools and can show the prompt behind it. You think in components, not pages. You care about branding as much as design. Brand voice shows up in your component choices, not just the logo treatment. You know motion. Spring vs tween, what to animate, when restraint is the move. You'd rather ship a React component than a Figma export. What I provide: Claude Design subscription (yours to use on this project) Pre-installed Claude Code skill stack (page-cro, site-architecture, marketing-psychology, framer-motion-animator, tailwind-design-system, content-modeling, seo-aeo, next-best-practices) Brand tokens, reference screenshots, copy, motion specs before you start A developer who takes your components straight to prod Direct line to me, no PM layer To apply, three things only: The best thing you've made with AI in the loop. Link or attach a video walkthrough. The actual prompt or process that made it. Paste it in the proposal. This is the application. One paragraph: two dark sites side by side. Why does one feel expensive and one not? I'm not testing for the right answer. I'm testing whether you can articulate taste. Paid trial first: $200, 48 hours, one hero section. Tokens, reference screenshot, and motion spec sent through Upwork. Deliverable: React component using Tailwind v4 @theme tokens, Framer Motion entrance, asymmetric layout, plus a 60-second Loom walking through three design decisions. The Loom is the real test. Anyone can generate a hero. Few can defend their decisions in 60 seconds. Trial pay is yours regardless of outcome. I respond to every proposal within 48 hours. If you're not moving forward, you'll hear from me.
