Wordpress website for a podcast redesign

Summary

We have a podcast website that is built on Wordpress: www.onboardspodcast.com It is built using Elementor and Gumbo SecondLine theme plus a few more plugins. So far, the podcast is is audio-only. Now we are going to be recording and releasing each episode with video as well. We need the design to evolve to include video. For example, the most recent released episode might show with the video player instead of the audio bar. See attached crude mock-up. Also maybe some clean-up of plugins, upgrades, that type of stuff.
