REMOTE RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR Candidate Screening & Scheduling Specialist Compensation: $3.00–$4.00 USD per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pacific Time (California, USA) Position Overview We are seeking a highly personable and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing recruiting team. This role is focused entirely on candidate screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and recruiting support. Your primary responsibility is to identify qualified candidates, conduct initial screening calls, build rapport, evaluate communication skills, and schedule interviews with our recruiting and leadership team. This is not a sales position. This is not a traditional call center position. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping identify great candidates. The right person will have the opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities and increased compensation as the department expands. Primary Responsibilities Candidate Outreach • Review incoming applications and resumes • Send text message outreach to candidates • Follow up with applicants who express interest • Conduct outbound screening calls Candidate Screening • Verify availability for open positions • Verify shift availability • Confirm work experience • Confirm interest in full-time employment • Evaluate communication skills • Evaluate professionalism • Evaluate overall candidate fit Interview Scheduling • Schedule virtual interviews • Send interview confirmations • Send interview reminders • Reschedule interviews as needed • Maintain candidate tracking systems Recruitment Support • Maintain applicant records • Track candidate progress • Document screening notes • Coordinate with recruiting leadership • Support hiring initiatives What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can have natural conversations with people. We are looking for someone who can build rapport and gather information naturally while maintaining professionalism. Candidates must be comfortable speaking with applicants throughout the day and maintaining a professional image on behalf of the organization.
