About the Role We're a growing Amazon seller active on Amazon.de and Amazon.fr, and we're looking for a motivated Sourcing VA to join our team. You'll help us find profitable product opportunities — both through arbitrage sourcing (A2A deals between marketplaces) and private label sourcing for the German market. This is a remote, part-time position with room to grow. We're building something serious, and we want someone who wants to grow with us. What You'll Be Doing Manual sourcing — finding profitable products by browsing Amazon.fr and Amazon.de and comparing opportunities (A2A arbitrage) Keepa analysis — using Keepa to identify price trends, BSR history, and deal potential Tool-based sourcing — learning and using sourcing software to find deals faster and more efficiently (we'll guide you on which tools) Private label sourcing — researching product opportunities and suppliers for the German market Reporting — keeping track of leads and sharing them in a clear, structured format Who We're Looking For ✅ Experienced Candidates You already know your way around Amazon sourcing — you've used Keepa, done A2A or OA sourcing before, and understand how to evaluate a deal. You're ready to hit the ground running and contribute from day one. 🌱 No Experience? No Problem — Trial Path Available If you're new to sourcing but you're driven, curious, and a fast self-learner, we're open to a 1-month trial. During the trial, we'll give you the direction — you take it from there and show us what you can do.
