Job Description We are seeking an experienced software development team (or highly capable full-stack architect/developer) to build the MVP of a next-generation Field Service Management SaaS platform. The platform is being launched in the Pool Service industry and is architected to expand into additional verticals including Landscaping, HVAC, Aquariums, and other service businesses. This is a serious commercial SaaS product, not a simple CRM or scheduling application. While the initial scope is focused on the Pool Service industry, the long-term vision is to support additional service verticals such as Landscaping, HVAC, Aquariums, Pest Control, and other field service businesses without requiring a complete platform rebuild. Key requirements include: * Modular architecture with clear separation between core platform modules and industry-specific modules. * Multi-tenant SaaS architecture with strict tenant isolation. * API-first design approach for future integrations and third-party extensions. * Ability to add, replace, or expand modules without impacting existing functionality. * Clean, maintainable, and well-documented codebase suitable for long-term product growth. * Scalable database design capable of supporting thousands of businesses and users. * Cloud-native deployment architecture with support for horizontal scaling. * Event-driven or service-oriented architecture preferred where appropriate. ### Future AI Readiness AI is a strategic component of the platform roadmap. While the MVP includes a limited set of AI-powered features, the system must be architected to support significant AI expansion in future releases. The solution should be designed so that future AI capabilities can be added without major refactoring, including: * AI-powered operational insights * Predictive analytics * Route optimization intelligence * Customer support assistants * Technician troubleshooting assistants * Automated reporting and business intelligence * Workflow automation agents Developers should clearly explain how their proposed architecture supports future AI integration and expansion. ### Long-Term Product Vision This is not a one-time software project.
