Summary

We’re looking for a highly strategic B2B SaaS website copywriter and information architect to rethink how our website is structured, written, and positioned. We are a growing B2B SaaS company in the data/API space, serving technical and product teams globally. Our website already exists, but we believe it needs to be significantly improved in terms of: * Messaging clarity * Website architecture * Page structure * Conversion * SEO intent * Positioning * Information hierarchy This is not a visual design role and not a Webflow role. Your mission is to help us define what should exist on the website, what should be said, how pages should be structured, and how visitors should navigate the site. You will work closely with our team and produce clear deliverables that another designer/Webflow expert will implement. Scope of work For each page, you will: 1. Define SEO strategy * Define the primary SEO keyword * Define secondary keywords * Understand search intent * Recommend page purpose 2. Create page architecture Define: * Section hierarchy * Information flow * CTA placement * Internal linking suggestions * Navigation recommendations 3. Write copy Create: * Headlines * Sub-headlines * Section copy * CTA copy * Product messaging * Feature explanations * Trust elements 4. Create low-fidelity wireframes For every page, provide: * Wireframes * Content layout * Recommended section order * Guidance for visuals/images * Suggestions for screenshots, diagrams or illustrations Example: Hero section * Headline * Subheadline * CTA * Social proof * Suggested product screenshot Problem section * Pain points to communicate * Suggested visual etc. Deliverables For each page: * Primary SEO keyword * SEO intent * Full copywriting * Wireframe / page layout * Suggested visuals * CTA strategy Ideal profile You have experience in: * B2B SaaS copywriting * Technical/API products * Product marketing * SEO strategy * Conversion copywriting * Website architecture Bonus: * Developer tooling * Data products * Technical audiences What we care about We care more about clarity, strategic thinking, and quality of reasoning than pretty words. We want someone who can deeply rethink how our product is communicated online. This can become a long-term collaboration.
