We are a matchmaking platform looking for a skilled Developer + DevOps Engineer to optimize our Azure infrastructure and reduce costs, while ensuring zero downtime and maintaining performance standards. TECH STACK: • Laravel (PHP) • Vue.js • React Native • Microsoft Azure Current Azure cost is approximately USD 15,000/month (excluding email costs). Our Azure credits are exhausting soon, so we need an experienced Developer + DevOps Engineer who can start immediately. We are NOT looking for a consultant who only provides recommendations. We need someone who can personally execute the optimization work with ZERO DOWNTIME. SCOPE OF WORK: • Audit our Azure infrastructure and identify major cost drivers. • Optimize Azure resources, databases, storage, networking, monitoring, and caching. • Optimize Laravel backend performance. • Optimize database queries and indexing. • Optimize API response times. • Optimize Vue.js and React Native performance. • Implement all improvements directly. • Ensure no downtime to production web or mobile app. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: • All web pages must load below 800ms. • All API response times must be below 600ms. • No degradation in functionality or stability. PROJECT BUDGET: USD 1,500 MILESTONE 1 – USD 100 • Azure audit • Architecture review • Optimization roadmap MILESTONE 2 – USD 700 • Reduce Azure cost to USD 4,000/month or below (excluding emails cost). • Maintain all performance requirements. • No downtime.
