We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist with expertise in Mental Health, ABA, and Psychiatric billing. Candidates must have hands-on experience with CPT codes including 90791, 90834, 90837, 97151, 97153, 97155, 99213, and 99214. Proficiency in TherapyNotes, SimplePractice, and Availity is required. Key responsibilities include Insurance Verification (VOBs), Prior Authorizations, Claims Submission, Payment Posting, AR Follow-ups, Denial Management, and overall Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a strong understanding of US healthcare insurance guidelines and payer requirements.
