LaunchVector operates a portfolio of fast-growing DTC Shopify brands. We scale by finding what works in paid social and producing high-volume, high-converting creative across multiple brands. We’re hiring a UGC Creative Manager to own the creator-sourcing and production process for paid social ads across our Shopify brands. This person will use Insense to identify the right creators, develop performance-driven concepts and scripts, manage revisions, and drive projects from brief to final approved deliverables. This is not just an influencer coordination role. We’re looking for someone who understands direct-response creative, knows what makes UGC ads convert on Meta and TikTok, and can manage the full production process with speed and precision. What You’ll Do: You will own the UGC production workflow from concept to delivery. Core responsibilities: Use Insense to source, evaluate, and select creators that match each brand’s target customer, aesthetic, and offer. Identify creators who feel native to the platform and believable for the product category, not overly polished or generic. Review current winning ads, brand creative, and performance patterns to help shape new UGC concepts that align with what is converting. Develop creator briefs, hooks, talking points, angles, and scripts based on top-performing ad formats and brand goals. Coordinate with creators throughout the process, including outreach, onboarding, briefing, timelines, content expectations, and delivery management. Manage revisions and feedback loops with creators to ensure final assets are usable for paid social. Ensure creators capture the right footage, messaging, hooks, proof points, product demonstrations, and CTAs needed for direct-response editing. Work closely with the creative and growth teams to align UGC output with current testing priorities and brand strategy. Organize assets, creator deliverables, and project statuses across our workflow tools. Help ensure UGC content is delivered on time, on brief, and ready for editing/testing. What Great Looks Like: You know how to spot creators who actually fit a brand and can sell naturally on camera. You understand direct-response UGC structure, including hook, problem, solution, proof, benefit, and CTA. You can take performance insights from winning ads and turn them into clear creator scripts and briefs. You manage creators proactively, give clear feedback, and keep projects moving without constant follow-up from the team. You have strong taste, strong organization, and a sharp sense of what content will feel native on TikTok and Meta. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing UGC production, creator campaigns, or performance creative workflows for DTC or ecommerce brands. Hands-on experience using Insense or similar creator sourcing platforms. Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok paid ad creative and what makes UGC convert. Ability to write or guide high-performing creator scripts, hooks, and ad angles. Strong communication skills for managing creators, expectations, deadlines, and revisions. Strong project management and organizational ability across multiple brands and campaigns. Comfortable working in a fast-moving remote environment with asynchronous communication. Detail-oriented and able to maintain high creative standards while moving quickly. Ability to work within EST working hours and maintain consistent availability for communication, collaboration, and timely task updates. Bonus Points: You’ve worked with Shopify brands in Beauty, Apparel, Home, Wellness, or impulse-purchase categories. You have experience reviewing ad performance data and using it to guide new creative concepts. You understand how to brief creators specifically for paid ad editing, including multiple hooks, alternate takes, b-roll, testimonials, objections, and CTAs. You’ve managed high-volume creator production and revision cycles before.
