Personal Assistant for Daily Tasks

We are a performance marketing operation. Looking for a part time VA who can handle tasks that aren't always defined — someone who figures things out, not just follows instructions. This is not a task-list role. You'll get an objective and be expected to find the way to get it done. Start your message with the word lemon. Tasks will vary — supplier research and outreach, agency client outreach, admin, coordinating between people, project management, whatever needs moving. What I'm looking for: * Strong English — written and verbal * Fast learner, resourceful, figures things out independently * Comfortable with ambiguity — you don't need everything spelled out * Good communicator — you update proactively, flag problems early * Organized — nothing falls through the cracks What you won't do: * Wait to be told exactly how to do something * Go quiet when stuck * Need micromanaging Hours: Part time, flexible — results matter more than hours Compensation: Flexible for the right person There will be a short test task conducted.
