Senior Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager Needed for Growing Dental Marketing Agency

We are a growing marketing agency that works primarily with dentists across the U.S. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Paid Media/Ads Manager to help manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting campaigns. We currently manage approximately 50 active advertising clients, with average monthly ad budgets around $2,500 per client. We are looking for someone who is not just a campaign builder, but someone who understands strategy, tracking, lead generation, landing pages, reporting, and performance optimization. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. What You Will Be Responsible For: Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns Managing and optimizing Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns Setting up and improving retargeting campaigns Reviewing search terms and adding negative keywords Monitoring budgets and pacing Reviewing cost per lead, lead quality, and conversion performance Working with landing pages and lead tracking Helping troubleshoot tracking issues inside GoHighLevel/GHL Reviewing form submissions, calls, and lead sources Preparing weekly and monthly performance notes Communicating clearly with our internal account managers Flagging underperforming campaigns before clients complain Making strategic recommendations to improve results Platforms You Should Know: Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics / GA4 Google Tag Manager GoHighLevel / GHL Call tracking platforms Landing page tracking Retargeting audiences Basic reporting dashboards Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads Experience managing multiple client accounts at the same time Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns Experience with local service businesses is a big plus Dental, orthodontic or medical marketing experience is a major plus Must understand conversion tracking and not rely only on clicks/impressions Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive This Role Is NOT for Someone Who: Only knows how to boost posts Needs to be told every small task Does not understand lead quality Does not know how to troubleshoot tracking Only reports on clicks, impressions, and CTR Cannot manage multiple accounts at once What We Are Looking For: We need someone who can take ownership of paid ads performance. You should be able to look at an account and tell us what is working, what is not working, what needs to be fixed, and what opportunities we are missing. We want someone who thinks like a strategist, not just a technician. Workload: This can be a full-time or near full-time position. We are looking for someone available long-term and able to support a growing number of client campaigns. Compensation: Please include your monthly rate or hourly rate in your application. We are looking for someone who has strong experience, great communication, and can truly manage a large book of client accounts.
