Lead Generation & Research VA

About the role: We help small home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing) doing $80K-$500K/year get found online, look more professional, and stop missing leads. Your job is to find businesses that match our criteria, verify each one, and build a clean, accurate lead list. I handle all calls and final grading. This role requires high attention to detail - I review every batch closely. What you'll do: - Search Google Maps for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing companies in target areas - Check each business's reviews, rating, website, and online presence against our criteria - Note signals like missed-call complaints, slow response mentions, inactive profiles, and how they compare to local competitors - Record everything in a spreadsheet with screenshots as proof - Mark each lead as qualified or not, with a clear reason What we're looking for in you: - Fluent English (written) - Strong online research skills, very detail-oriented - Comfortable with Google Maps, Google Search, and Google Sheets/Excel - Able to follow a process exactly as written, every time - Reliable, communicative, meets deadlines without reminders - Bonus: experience in home services, B2B sales, or digital marketing Compensation: hourly rate or per-verified-lead bonus; DOE Process: - Full step-by-step SOP and qualification criteria provided after the initial interview/trial phase.
