Summary

We experienced a bot attack and responded by blocking certain countries, but we have removed those geographic restrictions since they're blocking legitimate users. We need a Cloudflare expert to audit our current settings. (1) identify which country blocks to remove (if needed), (2) spot any over-aggressive rules affecting legitimate traffic, (3) recommend how to detect and respond to future bot attacks faster, and (4) confirm we have proper monitoring and alerting set up.
