Lead Generation Specialist

Title: Meta Leads + Google Sheets + Email Automation Expert Needed (Urgent) We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads and automation specialist to audit and fix our lead collection setup immediately. Current issue: We are receiving significantly more leads in Meta than what appears in our Google Sheet. For example, one campaign shows 8 leads in the sheet, while approximately 15 additional leads are missing. We need to identify where the breakdown occurs and ensure 100% lead capture. Scope of work: 1. Audit Existing Setup * Review all Meta Lead Forms. * Review current integrations (Zapier, Make, direct API, webhooks, etc.). * Identify why leads are missing from Google Sheets. * Verify all active campaigns and forms. 2. Create New Lead Form Structure * Create a new Meta Lead Form named with 2026 versioning. * Ensure proper field mapping. * Verify all required fields are collected correctly. 3. Connect All Active Ads * Update all active Meta campaigns and ads to use the new lead form. * Verify no campaigns are still connected to old forms. 4. Google Sheets Integration * Ensure every lead is automatically sent to Google Sheets. * Create a clean and structured master sheet. * Include: * Date * Time * Campaign * Ad Set * Ad Name * Lead Information * Country * Source 5. Email Automation * Configure automatic email notifications when new leads arrive. * Ensure every lead is forwarded immediately. * Test complete workflow. 6. Testing & Verification * Submit multiple test leads. * Verify all leads appear in Google Sheets. * Verify email notifications are sent. * Deliver documentation of the setup. Requirements: * Strong experience with Meta Lead Ads. * Experience with Zapier, Make, webhooks and Google Sheets automation. * Ability to troubleshoot lead tracking issues. * Available to start immediately.
