Senior UI/UX Designer for SaaS Platform and Mobile App

We're looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to help us improve and expand our SaaS product. The platform includes a web application, admin dashboard, CRM functionality, and a mobile app used by customers on a daily basis. Our product has grown quickly and we're at the stage where we need someone who can think beyond visual design and help us create a better overall user experience. We're looking for a designer who understands product thinking, user behavior, information architecture, and can turn complex workflows into simple and intuitive experiences. You'll be responsible for reviewing existing user flows, identifying UX issues, creating wireframes, designing new features in Figma, building prototypes, and helping us maintain a scalable design system as the product evolves. Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, B2B products, enterprise software, or CRM systems would be highly valuable. We're particularly interested in someone who has worked closely with startup teams and understands how design decisions impact product adoption, user retention, engagement, and conversion rates. Experience with UX research, usability testing, and optimizing customer journeys is a big plus. The ideal candidate has strong Figma skills and a portfolio that demonstrates experience with web applications, mobile apps, dashboards, and complex product ecosystems. Familiarity with Framer, Webflow, Shopify, or WordPress is welcome but not required. This is potentially a long-term collaboration for the right designer as we continue to grow the product and launch new features.
