Infographic Illustrator / PowerPoint Template Designer — Full-Time, 100% Original Vector Work

About the role We run an established presentation-template platform (PowerPoint & Google Slides add-ins) used by thousands of people worldwide. We're growing our in-house design library and need a skilled infographic illustrator to create original, fully editable template slides with us on an ongoing, full-time basis. This is a long-term production role for someone who designs clean, modern infographics from scratch and builds them as native, editable PowerPoint shapes. What you'll do Design original infographic templates: process cycles, timelines, funnels, roadmaps, pyramids, comparison layouts, diagrams, and data-driven graphics. Build each one as native, fully editable PowerPoint vector shapes (not images), so end users can recolor and edit every element in one click. Follow our template architecture, shape-naming conventions, and theme-color system (fully documented — onboarding and training provided) so every asset is brand-matchable automatically. Deliver a consistent volume of polished, ready-to-publish templates each week. Hard requirements — please read carefully 100% original work. Every design must be created by you, from scratch. We do not accept assets sourced, traced, "redrawn," or adapted from Freepik, stock marketplaces, or AI image generators. You will sign a work-for-hire agreement assigning full IP rights to us and warranting that the work is entirely original. This is central to the role and non-negotiable. Native PowerPoint proficiency. You must build editable vector shapes directly in PowerPoint — using shapes, merge/combine tools, theme colors, and placeholders — not deliver flattened PNGs or Illustrator-only files. This requirement filters out most applicants; please only apply if you genuinely work this way. A strong eye for clean, modern infographic design: layout, alignment, hierarchy, and color systems. Reliable full-time availability and consistent, predictable output. Nice to have Experience designing template or stock products. Familiarity with PowerPoint theme variants, master slides, placeholders, and morph transitions. Icon design skills.
