Expert Event Sales Specialist Needed For High-Ticket UK Property Events We are looking for an experienced event sales specialist to support ticket sales and audience growth for high-value UK property events. This is not a beginner role. You must have proven experience selling tickets, filling rooms, converting warm and cold audiences, and driving action from serious buyers. Experience with property events, investor events, business workshops, private memberships, or high-ticket professional events is highly preferred. Our clients are UK-based and operate in the property, investment, landlord, business and professional services space. The audience is not casual. These are business owners, landlords, investors, founders and decision-makers who need clear, compelling reasons to attend. What we need support with You will help us sell tickets and drive event attendance through a mix of strategy, outreach and conversion-focused messaging. This may include: Creating ticket sales strategies for upcoming property and business events Improving event positioning and messaging Writing or advising on outreach messages for WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and social media Identifying the best audiences, groups, partners and referral routes Helping us turn warm communities into paying attendees Advising on follow-up sequences and urgency campaigns Reviewing event pages and identifying conversion issues Supporting high-ticket upsell thinking where relevant Helping us track what is working and what needs adjusting Who this role is for This role is for someone who understands sales psychology, event conversion and commercial urgency. You should be confident working with high-value audiences and know how to sell without sounding desperate, spammy or generic. You must be able to look at an event and quickly identify: Who should care Why they should attend now What the strongest angle is Where the audience can be found What message will make them take action What is stopping them from buying Required experience Please only apply if you have strong experience in at least some of the following: High-ticket event sales Property, investment, landlord or business event promotion LinkedIn or WhatsApp-based sales outreach Community-led ticket sales Event funnel strategy Partnerships, affiliates or referral campaigns Sales copywriting for professional audiences Filling paid workshops, seminars, retreats or private events Selling to UK-based business owners, investors or professional audiences Loom video required All applications must include a Loom video.
