Building Architect for improving multi-unit residential building design

Summary

I have some site plans, floor plans and elevations for a 16 unit residential complex. The design looks great but I would like to get another architects perspective on ways we might improve the design, if there are any. The goal would be to improve the sale price and minimise the cost to build.
