Revit MEP BIM Engineer — Factory Services Modelling & Coordination

Model and coordinate all building services inside our architectural/structural model: plumbing & drainage, fire-fighting (sprinkler / hydrant / water curtain), HVAC and process ventilation/exhaust, electrical, fire detection, piped natural gas (PNG), and rooftop solar PV provisions. The critical output is accurate cast-in setting-out — every sleeve, riser and insert located before concrete is placed (we enforce a strict zero core-cutting rule). Deliverables: MEP Revit model coordinated to the architecture/structure Services drawings per discipline Sleeve / riser / insert schedule with X/Y coordinates in millimetres from grid lines, plus levels IFC export Required skills/software: Revit MEP; fire-fighting / sprinkler design; familiarity with NBC and relevant IS codes for industrial buildings. Source material we provide: the base Revit/IFC model, our equipment list, and our services requirements. Authoritative dimensions come from the written schedule and DWG/DXF, not from scaling PDFs. Note: if one person cannot cover all disciplines, we will split this into (a) Plumbing & Fire-fighting, (b) HVAC / ventilation / exhaust, (c) Electrical + fire detection + solar PV.
