Technical Team Lead (Launch Milestone – Startup Role) ByMyHonor Inc ByMyHonor Inc is in the final development milestone stage of launching ByMyHonor.com. We are seeking a technically strong and organized team lead to help coordinate our current development efforts and guide the product through successful launch. This is a startup-stage opportunity focused on execution, collaboration, and launching a live social media web site. Role Overview We currently have a small team of junior programmers working in a largely independent (siloed) workflow. We are looking for a technical leader who can bring structure, coordination, and accountability to the development process. The ideal candidate will be comfortable stepping between hands-on technical work and team coordination, with a focus on keeping development aligned and moving efficiently toward launch. Responsibilities • Coordinate tasks and workload across junior developers (Github) • Translate product goals into clear technical direction and assignments • Provide guidance on debugging, troubleshooting, and error resolution (Laravel) • Review work and help improve code consistency and reliability • Establish lightweight development structure and workflow practices • Help ensure timely progress toward launch milestones • Improve collaboration and reduce isolated “solo coding” workflows Compensation This is a milestone-based startup engagement. Compensation is $1,000 upon successful product launch of ByMyHonor.com. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: • Technically capable (full-stack or equivalent experience preferred) • Comfortable leading or coordinating small development teams (Using WhatsApp) • Able to work in a fast-moving startup environment, you must come into the project with an understanding of what Bymyhonor.com is building • Motivated by building and launching a real product rather than long-term corporate structure • Speaks English and have an Email Resume ready to deploy
